Our traditional activation process (using a small amount of fresh whey in the soak) transforms the taste of walnuts by banishing bitterness, making them a whole lot sweeter. If you don't like walnuts, these Activated Organic Walnuts are for you! Add them to your salads, baking, or just snack on them while you're on the go.
