Instructions for Use
Combine 150gm of dried elderberries with 670ml of water in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 30-40 minutes.
Lightly mash the berries and strain through a sieve lined with muslin or cheesecloth.
Squeeze out as much juice as possible.
Store your decoctiion in the fridge for up to 2 days. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
