Gentle diuretic, may assist with urinary tract infections, an excellent herb for arthritis. Natural coffee substitute – make as per any standard ground coffee product. Dandelion root also contains the compound Taraxacum which has been found to have an anti-obesity effect. Blends very well with other liver herbs. DIRECTIONS Use one dessertspoon of dandelion per mug of boiled water and infuse for 5-8 minutes. Strain and add preferred milk.
