Pureharvest Organic Oat Milk is a nutritious non-dairy milk. It has a light taste that is rich in complex carbohydrates whilst having minimal saturated fat. We believe we have created the best tasting yet natural oat milk available.
Oats are known to be a good source of soluble fibre which has been clinically proven to reduce cholesterol if included as part of a low-fat diet. It's an excellent alternative to dairy milk for use on your breakfast cereal or in your cooking. All our products are carrageenan free.
