Made from 100% Organic GMP-free Rice.
Fermented by a traditional Japanese method which allows ingredients to ferment slowly only by their natural fermentation process. Mild acidity and rich flavour without a stinging flavour of vinegar. Has a pleasant fruity scent (no heavy stuffy smell, which is common for rice vinegar)
Keep in a cool and dry place (*Refrigeration is recommended during summer)
*A white film may be seen on the surface due to a type of acetic acid bacteria that exists in the air touching the vinegar. It may influence a scent of product but there is no harm for human body. As prevention, please close the cap properly and refrigerate it after opening especially in the summer.
