Meredith Dairy Fresh Goat Cheese or Chevre, is the most versatile of all cheeses. Spread on crackers, use on pizzas, with pasta, salads, baked vegetables or tarts. Uses include, soufflés, pizzas, cakes , salads, flavoured breads or just on a crostini with smoked salmon. A great match with Semillon, Grenache or Sauvignon Blanc wines.
Ingredients: pasteurised goat's milk, salt, pepperberry (0.3%), cultures and non-animal rennet.
