Magnesium Ultra Potent Powder (Citrus flavoured), is an exceptionally potent combination of four forms of Magnesium complexes, in powder form, plus Taurine and Zinc for greater absorption and efficient utilisation.
Magnesium plays an essential role in maintaining and promoting efficient muscle function and nerve transmission; Magnesium assists in the reduction of nervous tension, anxiety, stress and muscle cramps.
This product contains no gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, flavours /or preservatives.

Taurine – 1000 mg
Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 1750mg (providing elemental Magnesium 350mg)
Magnesium Ascorbate 210mg (providing elemental Magnesium 13mg)
Magnesium Glycinate Dihydrate 104.3mg (providing elemental magnesium 12.2mg)
Magnesium Phosphate 120mg (providing elemental Magnesium 24.8mg)
  Total elemental Magnesium – 400mg
Zinc (as Amino Acid Chelate) – 5mg
Directions:
Adults and children over 15 years – add one 5g dose (one level metric teaspoon) to 100-200 ml water or juice (such as apple or pear). Powder may settle; stir briskly and drink.
