TIPS
1. always add one drop of good quality oil into your ear the night before ear candling. Why…..it softens the debris in the outer entrance of your ear canal, so when you ear candle it is easier for the ear candle to do its job.
2. always wait until the smoke has started streaming out the tapered end (see facebook) before you ear candle, why…..you then know the candle is working as it should.
3. When waiting for the smoke to stream out of the tapered end, to hurray it along seal the opening with your finger for around 5 – 10 seconds.
4. When you are ear candling, to know if the ear candle is working or not, is listen for either a loud crackling sound, a whooshing sound and some people say an ocean sound.
5. Other signs are a warm feeling, soft and comforting. If your ear gets very hot, there may be a somewhere along the channels. One of the ways the body can clear this is via heat.
6. If you find it is quiet when you are ear candling you can hold your nose, close your mouth and gently blow (just like when jumping into the water). Only once.
