A unique blend of mustard powder, turmeric, vinegar, honey and the Australian native mountain pepperberry, produces this well balanced family-pleasing mustard. More in the style of an American mustard, the flavour is mild but tangy, and sweetened with locally sourced honey from Byron Bay, not sugar. This condiment contains no nasty additives or thickeners.
