Bloating Relief Complex contains Chen pi, traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve abdominal bloating, feelings of fullness and nausea.

Bloating Relief Complex contains Caraway and Fennel, herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as carminatives to reduce flatulence and colic (pain caused by excessive wind or gas). Caraway is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy digestion and enhance stomach health.

Bloating Relief Complex contains Dandelion, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of indigestion, improve digestive weakness and support healthy liver function.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains:

Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion) root extract 25mg

derived from dry root 1.5 g

Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) seed extract 75mg

derived from dry seed 1.5 g

Citrus reticulata (Chen pi) fruit peel extract 75mg

derived from dry fruit 1.5 g

Carum carvi (Caraway) seed extract 100mg

derived from dry seed 500 mg
