Barley malt syrup is a multipurpose sweetener with a pleasantly different malty taste and high amounts of essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.
Lotus uses naturally germinated whole barley to make this 100% organic syrup with only half the sweetness of white sugar.
Try it on pancakes or waffles as an alternative to corn syrup or honey, or use it as a sugar substitute in your favourite recipes.
