Mungalli Organic Quark is a German style cream cheese which is very high in protein. It is a fresh cheese, and can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to sweet or savoury dishes. It makes a beautiful cheesecake, or can be paired with figs, honey and nuts to make a quick dessert. It also tastes delicious spread thickly on toast or sandwiches, or mixed with sweet chilli sauce as a dip.
