Ponzu is a traditional Japanese dipping sauce that combines the flavours of citrus, vinegar and shoyu.
Ingredients: Water, soy sauce (water, whole soybeans, wheat, sea salt, koji), rice vinegar (water, rice), grape juice, yukou citrus, mirin (water, rice, sea salt, koji), yuzu citrus, sudachi citrus.
