We are the first company in the Western World to register and produce an organic gluten free Hoisin Sauce. Its so good , we have even had orders to send to Hong Kong. We have have had nothing but praise for this sauce and subsequently won two prestigious awards.
A premium full flavoured Hoisin sauce, its fantastic as a dip for duck or pancake rolls. brilliant as a stir-fry. It has none of the Monosdium Glutimate or other chemicals found in a non organic Hoisin.

Ingredients: sugar, water*, brown rice miso (soy bean, brown rice, sea salt*, water*), white wine vinegar, tomato concentrate, onion, tamarind, molasses, tamari (water*, soy bean, sea salt*), plums, lemon juice, star anise, sesame seed oil, herbs and spice.
