Description
Arame is the dark, stringy sea vegetable that grows abundantly in the Sea of Japan and is harvested by hand during the summer months. With a mild flavour and aroma, it is rich in iron and calcium. It is also said to make skin smoother. Arame is used as a side dish for dishes.
