Inspired by French goats cheese our Dilectio Chèvre is fermented and hand-rolled in Activated Charcoal ash. Delicately delicious, it has hints of lemon grounded in wonderful earthy flavours.
Throw it into a mixed salad with pear, fresh black pepper and a drizzle of brown rice syrup, or simply enjoy with whole-grain crackers and red grapes. A tangy cheese with a zest for life.
