Discovered on a trip to Europe and found in a Butter Factory in Brittany this delicious Norwegian Salt recipe had me wanting more. I was given the recipe by a Swedish friend and recreated it using natural lake dried salt from Lake Dimboola in Western Victoria gently smoked and seasoned with our secret ingredients.
This salt mix is commonly known as Viking Salt in Europe and is best used on everything savoury.
Once you’ve tried it you wont be able to go back to regular table salt for seasoning!
