Oysters harvested from the clean waters in the Gulf of Thailand are smoked over hardwood, then simmered with brown sugar and sea salt until reduced to this rich, dark, velvety sauce.
With no MSG, artificial colours or flavours, this sauce is perfect for marinades, stir-fries, braises, or simply drizzled across freshly steamed Asian vegetables.
Ingredients: oyster45%, purified water 20%, sugar 15%, salt 15%, corn starch 5%, acetic acid and potassium sorbate (INS202) as food additives
